Ordering

Please email or direct message Lisa directly on social media with the name of the artwork you wish to purchase and the price and she will contact you to confirm all details required.

Payments are taken through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and time frames will be estimated at the time of order.

Please understand that each artwork is sized differently and thus packaging and postage will vary so please allow sufficient time for me to get the correct details to you.

Every care has been taken to be accurately show the artwork in regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Returns and Exchanges

For your peace of mind I offer a seven day cooling off period. I want everyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied and to be able to make a purchase without worry. Once you have received the work you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the piece for you.

If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. I aim for your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.

If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact me for an assessment of your specific situation.)

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support at lisatee@live.com.au to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.

Step 3 – Email lisatee@live.com.au to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Lisa Tee Artistry will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
